#8647: Actions - New Line in Action Reply

New Service Desk Issue(s): ION-166, ION-127

  • When replying to an action directly in the core system, the reply appears identical to how the user formatted their response prior to saving.
     
  • When replying to an action via email, if the reply is extensive (long) it will no longer be truncated.
     
  • When replying to an action via email, the reply will no longer include multiple blank lines before the reply details.
